About Generous, Peru
Generous is the coffee we like to start our slow Sunday mornings with. It’s also the coffee we bring out when we have friends over for a mudcake and some catching up. This Peruvian coffee from the Cajamarca region has notes of chocolate, hazelnut and caramel that makes it so easy to enjoy together with friends and family. Since this is a coffee with only strictly hard beans or SHB:s grown at high altitudes, it has a round and somewhat sweet character that allows you to drink this coffee your way, both with or without milk. The coffee gets its light body and balanced intensity from the medium roasting in the craft roastery.
