About Refined, Ethiopia
Refined is our sophisticated coffee that combines a light body with adult notes of tobacco, black tea, dark chocolate and whiskey that we really enjoy. Grown at an altitude of up to 2200 meters above sea level in the Ethiopian highlands of Sidamo, this coffee gets an overall sweetness, mild brightness and round bitterness. We genuinely appreciate the combination of this coffee's elegant flavours and its balanced character that makes this coffee so easy to like. Refined is mildly roasted by our European craft roastery to bring out the elevated clarity of this coffee.
